Dubbed the younger brother of Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, the restaurant prides itself on the practice of nose-to-tail butchery. Raging Bull Burgers’ patties are made from choice cuts of brisket, rump and wagyu, which are marinated in its chart-topping, original seasoning mix.
Ground daily, the beef comes from the best Australian and USA beef cuts with a focus on high quality grain-fed and grass-fed beef. This is done by working with local farmers through a ranch-to-table approach.
Guests may choose from the variety of homemade sauces to enhance the burger experience like The Raging Bull Barbecue sauce, You’re So Damn Hot sauce, Lone Steer Brisket sauce, El Mayo Classico and many more.
BURGERS & FRIES
An all-time classic. The Mighty Beast boasts of 1/3 pound premium US Angus beef cuts with a 70/30 lean-to-fat ratio, ideal to achieve the perfect burger. Angus beef develops with better marbling than most cattle which improves the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Topped with griddle maple bacon, aged cheddar, spicy beer, mustard sauce, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickle. This beast of a burger will certainly rock your world with each bite! The Raging Wagyu is a product of a year’s worth of perfecting the recipe of an unforgettable burger. Named after the shop, this burger is packed with intense flavors from the succulent meat. Chef Nathan Griffin makes use of 1/3 pound Prime Australian Wagyu for the epic burger, topped with braised onions, chili chutney, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickle. Craving to create your own flavor?
